"It's gonna be okay, shh." Jase said patting Kaylies arm. "No Jase. No It's not okay. Jase. Jase." She said. She kept saying his name for no reason. It was comferting her to say it. Everything felt like slow motion. Like someone had just pushed the button the the remote that made everything slow down. Then the car stopped, Kaylie looked outside a moment before she felt the car stop. A tree She knew they were going to run into it so she looked away. Not that looking away from anything would effect the results in any way. She gripped his arm with her left arm and both of the air bags puffed up. She released her arm and tryed move the air bag away from her face so she could breathe instead of it being right there in her face. Oww. She thought as a a slight rush of pain ran through her arm. "Shit" She said and looked down at her arm. She couldnt move it and it looked a little bit bent out of place. "Mom...." She said quietly to herself looking up. "Jase. I can't move my right arm. It hurts really bad." She said with one tear falling down and hitting her arm.

Jase knew that Kylie had said something...something that he couldn't remember. He didn't hear it. He leaned away from the window to wards Kaylie. The driver side glass splintered into what looked like a spider web and their big impact made one of the tree's large branches crash into the windshield with scary intensity.
It was very obvious that there would be bruises from the airbags. That much was to be expected. Kaylie's belt jerked her back into the seat. Jase hadn't been wearing one. Call it stupidity or just forgetting in the stressful moment, either way his nose ended up bleeding. At the moment, Jase was still resting his head against the airbag, trying to catch his breath. He didn't want to move...it hurt.
"Shit. Jase...I can't move my right arm. It hurts really bad" With a superhero effort, Jase opened his eyes to see that her arm was indeed hanging in a way that looked just plain wrong. It was still raining...still raining hard and the water was starting to seep into the car from where the windshield was busted and he didn't know what to do.
With a gusty sigh Jason said, "I dunno what to do." The extent of his injuries over the years would be a broken arm when he was five, and the insulin shots he had to take every now and then. Right now there was a pain somewhere in his chest. A rib maybe....and then the same place in his arm that was broken before. 911?

"I dunno what to do." Jase said. "I don't either. But my arm hurts really bad!!" Kaylie said crying." She had her arm laying in her lap and her head was looking up towards the roof of the car that was bent. She carefully pulled her cell phone from her left pocket and called 911. "Hello this is 911 whats your emergency." The girl on the phone said. Kaylie stared tearing and tryed to explain what happened. "We hydroplaned. Into a tree. A big tree." Kaylie said, but she was crying by the time she finished. "Where are you ma'am?" The lady over the phone asked. "I don't know." Kaylie said unsure of where they were. "11th street. In Forks, Washinton. PLEASE hurry." Kaylie said with her voice breaking and she hung up the phone. "Jase." She said as she looked at him trying to ignore the pain in her arm. "It's not your fault you know." She said to him so he wouldn't feel as bad.

"I don't either, but my arm hurts really bad!!" and she started crying. Jase reached out to touch her on the shoulder...he'd been going for calming but moving his arm like that hurt like hell. It ended up that he hissed and jerked it back; trying to make the stupid white hot feeling go away.
He stayed quiet when she made the call, not knowing what else to do. The phone's speaker was on loud...he could hear the lady in the background asking where they were. "11th street," he said and Kylie repeated it. When she hung up, they both sat there for a minute. "Kayie, I'm so, so sorry. Shit."
She said something about how it wasn't his fault...."The hell it's not," he muttered through his teeth. Obviously it was his fault. Who else could be at blame? Was he not the one who asked her to come with him in the first place? Exactly.
ooc; terribly awful...sorries. ; \

""Kayie, I'm so, so sorry. Shit" Jase apologized to her. "Why does 911 take so long to get here. I bet if we ordered pizza it'd be here sooner." She said with an angry tone. "I'm sorry about your car. It was in such a perfect shape and everything!" Kaylie said. She didn't really have anything to be sorry about but she apologized anyway.
Finally after atleast 10 minutes of waiting 911 came. The ambulance and police cars all showed up with the blinking lights and a bunch of people came out of the ambulance. They pryed the doors open that were smashed in and they got Jase out. They put him on a stretcher and then they pulled out another one and put Kaylie on it. They put them in the ambulance and then took off.
Kaylie started crying for no reason and the nurses inside the ambulance kept shushing her. "My arm hurts so bad. Oww" She screamed at them. "I know but it's going to be okay." They assured her. One of them lightly touched her wrist with their finger. "Did that hurt?" She asked seeing if it was broken or not. "What the hell!!?? Yes it hurt!" She screamed and watched them write down something on the paper.

After Kaylie's comment on ordering pizza, Jase couldn't help but laugh. "You're probably right about that, and don't worry about the car. I'm more worried about you." That was true. People were much more important than cars, especially when it was your fault they were in a bad situation.
After what could've been, like Kaylie had said, a pizza delivery...the ambulance came. There were bright lights and people coming out of their small Forks home town lives to see what had happened. Kaylie's door was still intact and a balding man helped her out of the car and onto a stretcher. It was harder for Jase to get out, they had to pry the stupid door off. The thought, 'Holy shit, dad's gonna kill me.' seemed to be on repeat in his head, and it was probably true. Expensive car = expensive bill.
Both Jason and Kaylie ended up in the ambulance on streatchers...a place Jase had never been. He watched quietly and guiltily as a medic started feeling her arm and Kaylie whimpered. Running his good hand through his all-over-the-place-hair he sighed and tried to get the weird old lady who was supposed to help let him sit up. She insisted that Jase lay down and he insisted that he didn't need to. In the end she did let him sit up but he had to admit that he was wrong and that it did in fact feel better to be lying down.
Since Forks was a small town, they both arrived to the hospital quickly. Apparently somebody on staff knew each of their parents and had called them already. Jase's dad was filling out papers and looking worried. By the time they got inside, he had again convinced the lady to let him walk by himself and not be wheeled around. With a hand around his aching middle, Jason followed into a room that had a doctor waiting.
ooc; it just keeps getting longer...and worse as I go...jeez.

The people fom the ambulance ran them through the hospital. They put Jase and Kaylie in the same room so that the doctor could look at them both at the same time. they lifted both of them and set them each on seprate beds in the room. "So what happened here." The doctor asked them. Kaylie stepped in and started talking. "We hydroplaned, right into a tree. The car got all smashed and I really think I broke my right arm." She explained. She didn't know what happened to Jase. The one who hadn't been wearing a seatbelt. "Jase? You can talk now. I don't know much. You were the driver." She said turned her head towards Jase.

Eventually they were situated in a very clean and white room. Once the nurse came in she immediately started asking questions...and didn't look particularly friendly which Jase found strange. Weren't doctors or nurses supposed to be like...nice or something? Sighing he started to answer what Kaylie said. "Yeah I was. So...um. W-we were driving," the nurse interrupted with, "Mr. Kimball I already know you were skipping and I don't care about that part." She was tapping her foot. Jase thought of his old nanny. Maybe it was her....who knew.
"Well anyway, we were going to get something to eat and it was raining, and like she said we hydroplained...wait why does this matter?" he asked and raised an eyebrow. "I was only curious. Now, where does it hurt?" Jase scoffed but otherwise pointed to his right arm below his elbow and then to one of his ribs.
The nurse, Mrs. Holloway pursed her lips and after writing things down about both of them hurried out the door.
ooc; eesh! idk enough about medical situations. : O

Jase explained to the nurse how it happened and where he hurt. He looked like he might have broken a rib or something. Kaylie knew for sure she broke her arm, there was no doubt there. After the nurse checked out Jase's problems she walked over to Kaylie. "And whats wrong with you." A little moody Kaylie eventually answered. "My arm!? How many people do I have to tell. Just make it stop!!" Kaylie screamed. She didn't care what Jase thought anymore. If shes hurt she doesnt care what her impression is on anyone. The nurse wrote something down and then the doctor came in. "Hello." He said greeting the two. "Kaylie, Jase." He said and then walked up to Kaylie. "Why don't we start off with xrays." He said and then touched her hand slightly. "Oww?" She said in a questioning, sarcastic tone. "Jase, another doctor will be with you in a moment." He said and then took ?Kaylie to the x-ray room. AFter a good amount of xrays the doctor said. "Looks like you got a break there hun." Kaylie smirked at him a little bit. "I could have told you that." She said and then sighed because her arm had a painful rush come through it. "Well lets get a cast on you." The doctor told her. "Ohhh great." She said sarcasically. He led her back into the room and set her back on the bed and raised her arm lightly onto a pillow.
